Nota Waldrip Colligan Tucker served overseas as a US Army nurse from May 18, 1918, until February 2, 1919, after having been called into active service as Nurse A.S.C. on February 25, 1918.i At the time she entered service, she was married to Charles Colligan. They had married on March 9, 1903, in Amsterdam, New York, and lived in the Schenectady, New York Area until she entered service.ii In 1943 she married James William Tucker and they moved to Albuquerque sometime around 1945.iii Her husband passed away in 1946. Nota died June 2, 1968, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
