Vivian Garcia

Vivian Garcia was born to Abel and Bersahe Garcia. He was raised in Bosque New Mexico. Vivian was their third child and the only son of their four children. He enlisted in the United States Army in July of 1942 and was honorably discharged as part of demobilization in December 1945.
He and his wife, Matilda, had three sons, Alixandro, Abel, and Patricio. After his discharge from the military, he worked as a bulldozer operator at the Copper mine in Bayard, today, Freeport-McMoRan Chino Operations. Vivian passed away in 1985, and Matilda followed him 15 years later in 2000.
